Alumni Club Benefits

• $35/year given between Sept 1 and July 31 will give you:
• Voting Rights during our August elections
• Quarterly Signet
• Funding Undergraduate Scholarships
• Free attendance to Alumni Nights Out & Holiday Parties

Voting Rights
Our Fiscal Year Starts on September 1. We use this in correlation with the turnover of alumni club officers as well as to coincide with the new school year. Each person who donates a minimum of $35 during that year before elections begin in August will be granted one vote in determining the officers for the upcoming year. Two positions are put up for election each year. President and Secretary and then Vice President and Treasurer. August 2012 we will hold elections for VP and Treasurer.

Quaterly Signet
We will inform PSK Headquarters of your participation in our Alumni Club so that a Signet is sent to your address when they release them to PSK Alumni.

Undergraduate Scholarships
Given out yearly at Founder’s Day usually in the areas of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Character
Information and qualifications will be posted closer to the date given.

A Matching Grants Scholarship will be awarded if approved during an alumni club vote, 1x per year.

Alumni Nights Out & Holiday Parties
We will be asking Alumni Club Members to work with us in coordinating an Alumni Night out during the Summer months and Holiday Parties usually the weekend after Thanksgiving. The Alumni Club has been sponsoring $200/event to go towards members of the Alumni Club.

Non-Alumni Club members will be asked to contribute towards each event they attend. These amounts will be announced before each event.
